Payments & Cancellations

Glory Toursis a fully secure e-commerce site and accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard & Visa. 

Payment is requiered at the time of booking. 
 

Cancellations for tours including Harrisons Cave, St Nicholas Abby & the Heritage Railway whether within separate or combined tours will be refunded 100% if cancelled 72 hours prior to the start of the tour.

Cancelations for tours including Harrisons Cave made between 48hrs and 71 hours prior to the start of the tour will have a BBD$57 penalty charge remain on their card which is to cover the 50% of the  Harrisons Cave entrance fee which we will not be refunded for.  Similarly for cancelations for tours with St Nicholas Abbey there will be a BBD$33 penalty charge and for the Heritage railway a BBD$43 penalty charge.

Cancelations for tours including Harrisons Cave made less than 48 hours prior to the of the start time of the tour will have a BBD$114 penalty charge remain on their card which is to cover the non-refundable Harrisons Cave entrance fee.  Similarly for cancelations for tours with St Nicholas Abbey there will be a BBD$65 penalty charge and for the Heritage railway a BBD$85 penalty charge. If the tour is canceled 24 hours or less before the start time of the tour the deposit fee paid to the hotel or tour rep if applicable is also non-refundable.

 

Cancelations for all tours not including Harrisons Cave, St Nicholas Abbey or the Heritage railway will be refunded 100% if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the start of the tour Cancelations after that point will be charged a BBD$25 penalty plus the deposit fee paid to the hotel or tour rep if applicable.If we cancel the tour which is normally only due to tour minimums  (usually of 2) not being met, bad weather, an attraction closing or an unforeseen emergency, we will refund the guest in full.

If travel plans are forcibly changed whether involving flight cancellations or your ship changing itinerary your payment will be refunded in full.
